The fattest child I have EVER. FUCKING. SEEN. is...
Me: Oh My God! [Redacted] is crazy fat!
Emily: LOL! How fat?
Me: 450 pounds.
Me: Oh my God! He's growling and hitting now!
Whoa. This is very cool information.
In the late 1960’s, a Harvard social psychologist named Stanley Milgram conducted an experiment in an effort to find an answer to what is known as the small-world problem…Milgram’s idea was to test this question with a chain letter. For one experiment, he got the names of a hundred and sixty people, at random, who lived in Omaha, Nebraska, and he mailed each of them a packet. In...
I'm Home!
I cut myself at Penn Station and bled all over all of my luggage. I also think I sprained my wrists carrying said luggage. The train = 1000 times better than the bus. My cat is now taking over the role of my dead dog, as she greeted me at the top of the stairs and meowed when I walked in the house. My parents finally got a fake tree (sigh.) and I have time to read non-educational books! Consider...
This has been a weird 48 Hours
In the past 48 hours I have finished all of my finals, partied with web 2.0’s finest, started packing all of my belongings, seen all my roommates for the last time until the summer, finished all of my Christmas shopping, and tried Brooklyn Lager. So dark, so delicious, and surprisingly herby.

Christmas Shopping Success and You Can Too!
I just got my Dad what I think is the coolest Christmas gift he will ever receive ever. I bought him the original vinyls of some of his favorite albums: Neil Young and Crazy Horse’s Live Rust Bruce Springsteen’s Born in The U.S.A And The River Hopefully he’ll love this and not see it as pointless since he already owns the CDs/casettes. I would love this gift, therefore, if...
It's Official
My dog, Lincoln, actually died. He was not put to sleep, he died comfortably at home on Wednesday night. My Mom said he was bundled in blankets like a baby and he did not suffer. R.I.P. Lincoln. You will be missed.

The Funniest Thing Happened Regarding the Death of...
My dog, Lincoln, is pretty old, and apparently has been acting really weird and unhealthy lately. I haven’t heard much from back home about how he’s doing, but I just got this email (rather, an email about a facebook message) from my sister’s friend, Stephanie. Steph has been my sister’s friend since middle school, and an extension of our family since then also. I’m...
Goodbye, Interwebz. For now! LOL!!!!11!!
Today was the last day of my internship at CollegeHumor. It was an excellent experience and I got to work with a lot of really amazing and talented people. A year ago, I never would have guessed that I would have had such a positive experience at a company like this, or that companies like this even existed. And when I say “this,” I mean THIS: http://www.collegehumor.com/video:1793285...

The Real Lessons From Term Papers:
I’m in the middle of writing my Art History term paper. It’s on Edward Hopper, who was known for featuring our conflicting emotions about American culture and human interaction. This is the piece I’m focusing on, A Woman in the Sun from 1961. It shows how we are connected to, yet unconnected from society. Is unconnected a word? I have similar conflicting feelings about Perez...
